Shipping 

All orders will ship via USPS. Select either Ground Advantage ($6.00) or Priority Mail ($12.00) at checkout. We can ship to all 50 States in the USA; we do not currently ship to international addresses. If you are a Lānaʻi resident, free home delivery is available. Email paige@poshiki.com to coordinate a drop-off date and time.

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed, unless otherwise noted in the product description or at checkout.

Your items will be packaged securely in either a rigid flat mailer or a sturdy cardboard box, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking status to update online.

Once the package is dropped off at the Post Office, we no longer have control over the package. Please check your tracking number for online updates and contact USPS if you have any issues with delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final! Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing an item and contact us if you have any additional questions. If you receive your order and something isn’t right, email paige@poshiki.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist you. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the order or items in question.

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, you will receive updates about new art and the shop approximately once per quarter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email you receive, or you can email paige@poshiki.com and we will remove you from the email list.

  • Squarespace (for website hosting and checkout processing)

  • Payment processors (to complete your purchase)

  • Shipping carriers (to deliver your order)

Poshiki does not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with advertisers or outside parties.

We post updates about the shop and new art and products on Instagram and Facebook. Interactions on those platforms are subject to their own privacy policies. We do not use Facebook Ads or other paid advertising services.

7. Data Security

We rely on Squarespace’s secure servers and encryption technologies to protect your data. While no online system is completely secure, we take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information.

If you live in the United States, you have the right to:
