A miniature original watercolor painting of an evening at Hulopoʻe Beach, Lānaʻi, with sunbeams streaming through the clouds. The painting is 2.5” x 3.5,” the size of a common playing card.
The wood frame is 1.5” deep and can stand on its own, so it is perfect to display on a shelf. The frame has a sawtooth hanger on the back, so it can also be hung on a wall.
The painting is sealed with cold wax, which protects the surface from moisture / humidity and allows it to be displayed without glass! I use professional, lightfast paints on 100% cotton paper, but I still recommend displaying your painting away from bright sunlight.

This Lānaʻi-shaped magnet features a warm, ethereal sunrise at Puʻupehe. This original painting was inspired by the early February morning I spent at the beach (my first time watching the sunrise at Hulopoʻe)! Metallic gold accents give hints of shimmer on the ocean’s surface and in the clouds.
